Guest Questionnaire
RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required when paying by credit card to confirm your reservation. The balance will be charged upon arrival.
To avoid the 4% credit card processing fee, guests may elect to pay for their inn stay in full via Venmo, Zelle or Check when submitting their questionnaire.
Each night, including tax, is $721.50
You are welcome to pay by Venmo, or Zelle to avoid a 4% Credit Card processing fee.

Suite fees are based on single occupancy and include all meals, snacks, and beverages custom tailored to your dietary needs and preferences. Additional accommodations for guests will be billed separately and must be prearranged
Although reservations may include the night prior to surgery, availability for that evening cannot be guaranteed and may change in the days leading up to your arrival as we prioritize the care and recovery of our postoperative guests. We will always do our best to accommodate your arrival and, if needed, work closely with you to coordinate alternative arrangements.
